Starting this week a couple of small changes to Wednesday evenings class in Haverhill.

You can now choose between a five week block of classes & a 6 week, the 6 week includes the Yin yoga class & you have 1 weeks grace on attendance.

Drop in price per week is now £8.

In further news regards Wednesday night the first 5 weeks starting this Wednesday 3rd September will be themed around improving pelvic floor & core strength.

The next Wednesday Yin yoga class will now be October 8th due to these changes.
