Curious as to what Unwind & Cocoon at .motion.fitness looks like?

It's beginner friendly, body weight inclusive and, whilst calming.. it's also lots of fun 😁

Yep, she's got a drum 🎀

Saturday Yoga For All will now be available at Castle Camps on a monthly basis, each yoga session ending with Steel Drum meditation music.

This class is very much community based, all are welcome from ages 14 to 104. Bring your own mat, pick a spot and move 💚

First date, 21st March at 8.30am.

This pose helps to activate your Parasympathetic nervous system, bringing your body into rest mode. It's great for back pain and circulation too.

💚 I'm body inclusive, welcoming of all shapes, sizes and abilities - including mobility aid users.
💙 I encourage beginners, in fact I will be your biggest cheer leader for simply turning up and giving it a go.
💜 I can't do yoga "perfectly" so you wont feel the pressure to be Instagram worthy either.
🧡My classes are shared spaces, you have plenty of room and are never staring at someone else's back... or bottom!
💛I focus on mental well-being, teaching tools that work off the mat in the real world when you need them.

Chair yoga doesn't always mean staying seated. If you have the ability to stand for a small amount of yoga, you absolutely should. The chair can be a fantastic standing prop to support you in standing poses, even making gentle variations of downward dog 🐶 and plank available.

My MOBILITY class runs on Wednesdays, in term time and online practices are also available through my 🌎 Accessible Movement subscription.

💚Monday Evenings & Thursday Mornings - Haverhill 💚

This all-levels class is designed to bring ease to the body and peace to the mind. Expect soothing stretches, calming breathwork, and a guided relaxation to finish.

Limited spaces on the Monday night at 5.30pm in our next block starting end of February.
