This weekend I attended such a beautiful course on incorporating aromatherapy into my work. I can’t wait to share this treatment with you!

During your session, I create a personalised essential‑oil blend just for you, based on how you’re feeling on the day. This is then worked into a soothing reflexology treatment with advanced massage techniques that help the body unwind, release tension, and settle into a quieter, more grounded state.

And as part of your aftercare, you’ll take your bespoke blend home with you, so you can continue the support between sessions — a little jar of calm to use whenever you need it.
