Looking for a camp where your child will have a great time while building skills for life?
Our Fitness & Performance Camp helps girls aged 7–16 move better, feel stronger, and build confidence. Over two action-packed days, they’ll develop speed, strength, fitness, agility, coordination, self-belief, and more through games, challenges, and friendly competition, keeping learning fun and engaging.
Expect laughs, music, teamwork, and new friendships — all part of a programme designed to boost confidence, build skills, and support long-term athletic development and future performance.

📍 17–18 February • Deeside College (Coleg Cambria)
⏰ 10am–4pm • Ages 7–16
💷 £30 for one day/ £50 for both
👟 Comfy clothes & trainers • Bring lunch & a drink
