Pilates isn’t a quick fix it’s an investment!

Each week we invest in improving our bodies.
We utilise slow controlled movements.
We aim to recruit the correct muscles for our moves (however sometime there’s a few extra added as we’re all different)
We laugh in every class as exercise should be enjoyable and it does engage our tummy’s a little better

We don’t improve over night, but we do get better over time!

A member said to me the other week ‘when we started I couldn’t balance on 1 leg I had to really think about it, but now I just lift my leg and I’m balanced’ that is what’s it’s all about.

I feel proud to watch everyone improve each week and when they’d progress seeing the achievement is fantastic.

I’m so lucky to love what I do and share it with such fantastic people.

Well done to everyone that braved the freezing conditions and made it to class this morning Ewloe Sports & Social Club

We focused on our form this morning and using the correct muscles in a slow and controlled manner.

Pilates isn’t about moving quickly it’s about being in control of your movement. Something we all need to practise.

Seeing members improve each week is fantastic and hearing how much it is benefiting their lives makes me smile form ear to ear!

I love my job and I’m so lucky to do what I do. Forever grateful ☺️
