A gentle request of the community, check in on your elderly neighbours or those who live alone over the festive period. There is a lot of pressure around family at this time of year and not everyone has that. If you have a spare mince pie, piece of stollen, Christmas cake or other tasty morsel, or a spare Christmas card just that little act of kindness might make all the difference. ❤️

Lunch with on-lookers at Rhos-on-sea today and a stop off for cake on the West shore of Llandudno.
The air had a soothing earthy scent of seaweed and the sound of the waves was very calming. I think both myself and my service user will sleep well tonight.
