Get some help! I know you don't need help to breathe, but to get that deep breathing going, it can help to have a guide who can talk you through it, and make you stay for the length of the practice. There are thousands of videos and downloads available on-line, pick one, get comfy and let the relaxation happen.

When you're living with Fibromyalgia or ME/Chronic Fatigue, your nervous system is constantly in overdrive. It's like your body is in fight or flight mode all the time. The good news? You can reset your stress hormones with something as simple as deep breathing.
Breathing Tip #1
The easiest way is to just stop what you are doing. Think about your breath, slowly in, slowly out. Think about your stomach moving out and in with each breath. 30 seconds, 1 minute, 5 minutes; little and often, your body will thank you for it.
