Our shop refit is completed! Thanks to the local tradespeople, local businesses, friends, family and colleagues for your hard work and professionalism. We're so pleased with the finished product!
Thanks especially to M&JS Joinery, Wilton Carpets, Dobbie and Michie, Colin , Wilson Signs, Stephen Darling Heating Engineers, Alan Smith and my ever-accomodating brother Tony Street.
Our amazing, friendly team have survived the chaos and are ready to get back to providing the same professional eyecare to the folk of Hawick.

IMPORTANT NOTICE, PLEASE SHARE!
This Friday, 31st May, we will be closing for refurbishment. We will re-open on Monday 17th June. While we are closed you will still be able to contact us by telephone, 01450 372629. If no-one answers, just leave a voicemail and we'll get back to you. Collections can be arranged by appointment and we will endeavour to keep everyone as happy as possible during this brief closure. Our Jedburgh practice will remain open as usual so you can contact us there on 01835 862777.

Today is our birthday! Our Hawick practice is 9 years old and our Jedburgh practice is 5 years old. Thank you to all our lovely patients who have continued to support us. Every time you support an independent business, an actual person does a happy dance!! We couldn't have made it this far without the help, support and hard work of our fabulous team. We are recruiting!! We are looking for an Optical Support Assistant to work 14 hours a week, this will include 3 Saturdays a month. No experience is needed as full training will be given. We are looking for someone who is well-presented, good with people, hard-working and keen to learn. You must be able to get to both our Hawick and Jedburgh practices.
