December is an exceptionally busy month in both GP surgeries and pharmacies and the Christmas madness has well and truly started! Please help take the pressure off by ordering your repeat medication in plenty of time. Ideally about a week before you plan to collect it from your pharmacy. It's also time to start thinking about what medication you will need to take you over the festive period and to put an order in. Please only order medication that you need, but try to allow a week to allow both your GP surgery and pharmacy time to process everything if possible.

Our story

T.N. Crosby chemist was established in Hawick in 1951 by pharmacist Tom Crosby. It remains the only independent, locally owned and family run community pharmacy in Hawick. It is also still run by the same family - now onto the third generation of community pharmacists. All NHS pharmaceutical services are available here and we are also the home of Trinity ointment®.
