Does anyone know of any empty spaces in Hawick big enough to house our club, we basically have been given 6 weeks notice to leave our current home which is absolutely devastating news. We take 60 kids off the streets every week, we host free training sessions for ex forces, blue light workers and people suffering with mental health issues, we also do sessions with the high school kids again free of charge, we would be absolutely devastated if Hawick Boxing Club was lost to the town and are therefore appealing for anyone who can help us to get in touch ASAP 🙏🙏💙💛 **Please feel free to share**

As seen in today's The Hawick Paper, patients using our weight loss service can now take advantage of a fantastic offer at Think Fitness 4 Less and achieve even better results by combining the two services.
Regardless of where patients choose to use weight loss treatments from, please make sure they are being prescribed and dispensed by a registered supplier. Anything else is not legal, completely unregulated and unsafe to use.

You couldn't really see some of the smaller flyers and local event leaflets once scanned into our TV screen in the front shop, so we have put up a pin board. More than happy to display any local events etc. for anyone that wishes. 😃

Patients that do this will see much better results and will be in a far better position to maintain their weight loss long term. While we occasionally have to call 999 and arrange an ambulance for a patient in the pharmacy, I wasn't expecting a situation like that for my own teenage son yesterday.
A massive shout out to the paramedics that attended and all the staff at A&E. The paramedics called a spontaneous pneumothorax within seconds of arrival.
Expert paramedics arriving within minutes for FREE. A probable (and correct) diagnosis and various diagnostic checks performed immediately for FREE. Ambulance over to the BGH for FREE. X-ray for FREE. Further assessment at the BGH by a highly qualified team for FREE. A CT scan for FREE. Further treatment if needed will also be FREE.
Always love and appreciate our NHS 💪💪❤️❤️
I, for one, won't feel quite so bad about my self assessment next year.

Huge congratulations to Alex whose business has boomed since working out of Crosby's to the point that he will now be operating out of his own premises on the High Street going forward.
