💥Jayson is back💥 with Introduction to Ashtanga Yoga!!!!!

Starting on Thursday 22nd June with Ashtanga workshop introducing postures and concept.

This is followed by a 6 week block of yoga classes every Thursday at 6.30pm at AG Fitness , Deanfoot.

7 weeks (intro+6 week) = £60 paid in advance

* drop in classes £10 p class

This is a fantastic practice that will help strength and flexibility and improve overall health!!
Easier modifications and options to suit those with limited flexibility and or injury.
