Social Media Announcement.

Tomorrow this page will close.

As we continue to grow and aim to reach more and more MEN & WOMEN we have been advised to condense our mental health pages.

We will now have our main It's Worth Talking About page and the below for all our women's groups.

This will help us improve the level of information, updates and support that we provide.

We are consistently asked how do we volunteer with !!!

And the answer is that we generally promote from within our groups.

As a peer support organisation we feel that it is important that our volunteers understand what it is that we do and how we work.

To do that the best way is from coming through the process.

We now have attendees who have become volunteer facilitators, who are now professional Mental Health Coaches or Crisis Support Workers with some of our regions biggest and most recognised medical and charitable organisations.

If you think that you could make a difference please come along to any of our groups and see what we do.

On Sunday to mark the end of Mens Mental Health Week and Father's Day we are providing an opportunity for men to come together for a short walk from Keighley to Haworth along the Bronte Way (approximately 3 miles).

We understand that Father's Day is often not an enjoyable day for many men due to loss of time with children, bereavement, miscarriage, infertility etc so if you've nothing planned and fancy a walk please come join us.

Funding for return bus and a lunch in Haworth has kindly been provided and S.A.M's Sarnies have kindly offered us a coffee at the Artisan Market when we reach Haworth Park. 💚
