Dear spiritual travellers, my grounded and gifted friend Zoe Birch and I are leading a well-being retreat on the coast of Portugal in May. Our aim is to support women to identify something that they would like to bring more of into their life in the next chapter and to focus on considering its parameters, any blockages, and steps for supporting its manifestation. We will simultaneously sink our feet into the hot sand and create a shell mandala, cover ourselves with mud and float in an outdoor salt spa, and look out for the messages that come to us on the beautiful streets of Tavira! This weekend really stretched me! Skiing is work- on one level it's about carrying skis and walking in heavy ski boots, then going down sections of terrain that are steep and sometimes icy! BUT- just wow- I cant describe the feeling i had when I realised I am actually skiing much more confidently than I was two years ago, and I survived going down ESCAPE solo- it was scary but I was fine!!!

Later in the day a snowboarder took me out which was unexpected, but this was a life's lesson in getting back in the saddle when reality hits you from the sidelines!

My daughter who was just a beginner 2 years ago smashed it! She's intrepid- I TRY to stay in control!!!
The scenery was just stunning. Going up Grandview we had the clearest view of iconic Lake Tahoe to our left...

So oddly, miraculously, the 'real' world falls away during the 'circles for embodied consciousness', through the process of movement, meditation and literary divination. Once again I had tears prickling at the end- there were so many synergies!!!

Key words: Indigo, Temperance, Peace, Sensuous Knowledge; Transition; New Beginnings: Haunches ( 😀) ###

We danced to clear, meditated to receive, and divined to perceive.

Our playlist included 'Root Down Deep', Body Wisdom', My Body is an Altar', and unexpectedly, the melancholic 'Indigo'. Our theme was 'sensuality ', and we connected into our senses in order to better channel a sense of Presence.

Next week our diamond- related theme is regality. Once again my aim is to support you to feel present, connected and renewed. So I just have to share the way I feel- I am high as a kite after taking Graziano's guest Latin Solo class at SK Studio on Redeness Street!!! Oh what a MAGICAL hour! Graziano put us all at ease, encouraged us to dance with our souls, and ran through the Rumba choreo again and again and again so we could feel and improve!

So honestly, I'm proud of myself- not that I didn't miss cues and steps etc, but I was THERE- and for a few phrases of the choreography, fully there! So my message is- don't wait until you feel good at something to have a go- our lives are quite literally lived in the moment, and if we wait until we think we won't embarrass ourselves to try that new thing or follow our passion- we'll miss our slot!!!

Huge thanks to the unbelievably gifted who continues to light the way for all of her students at SK Studio with precision, discipline and enormous love for this artform. And thank you for another inspiring class !!!! Honestly- there are not words for how fun that was!!!
