We’re now moving to a once-a-month Thursday clinic, giving you a dedicated, calm space to focus on your wellbeing. Starting Thursday 7 May, appointments will be available between 10:30am – 3pm at The Retreat @23.

Spaces are limited each month, so be sure to secure your slot early.

✨ Reiki has been a huge part of my journey for over a decade now ✨

11 years ago, during a palm reading, I was told I was a natural healer and encouraged to explore Reiki. That moment changed everything. I followed that path… and I’ve never looked back.

3 years ago, I took things even further and became a Reiki Master Teacher. My lineage traces all the way back to Usui, which is something I feel deeply honoured to carry forward in my work.

Over the years, I’ve been blessed to meet so many incredible people and to receive such beautiful feedback. Knowing I’ve helped others find balance, peace, and healing truly is the best feeling in the world 💫
