Back on track π
I always tell my members if they're not seeing the results they want, then to track it as it's the only way you can really see what's going on and that's what I went back to doing this week.
Yes planning is and always will be key, but a Food Diary is the reality of what's actually happening. Whether it was the meal plan changing, extras creeping in or those unexpected meals out, you'll be able to identify it straight away and get a plan made for the following week.
