The last 2 weeks were definitely frustrating, but I kept at it because I Know Slimming World Food Optimising plan works and I'm so glad I did as I lost 1lb this week ☺️

I may not hit the goal I'd set myself by my anniversary but I'm still going to keep that focus so I can get as close to it as possible.

I knew the kitchen would be out of action today so planned a soup (3 Swips) & toastie (Healthy Fibre choice) dinner 🤣

Still got quite a bit left to do before the kitchens finished

💚 Making new shelves
💜 Stripping then repainting the cupboard and woodwork
🧡 Wrapping the worktops
💙 Finishing the painting round the washing machine & new shelves
❤️ Purchasing a new kettle & toaster
🩷 Choosing and saving up for new flooring
🩶 The big one getting myself a new cooker 🤞🏼

Right people in my phone hopefully some decorators 🙏🏼

All the tiles were cleaned before starting but we've got these bits that the paint won't take too mainly around the plugs, in the corners * under the window sill 😫

So before I just get out the hammer and knock all the tiles off and just go tileless 🤣 is there anything I can do to get the paint to stick?

Not gonna lie today's results have really annoyed me 😕

I've tracked everything, planned all my meals and apart from last night when I didn't measure my coleslaw everything else has been 💯 well I think it has.

So I'm going to go back to the drawing board, scan everything and make sure I weigh & measure everything that isn't a Free Food.

I've still lost 4lb this month and although the number on the scales hasn't changed it also hasn't got up so that's a win for me 😊
