Women’s Circle

The feminine energy is rising! And in few spaces can you witness and absorb it quite like in a women’s circle. There is a sacred bond between women that is calling to be explored and I am desiring to facilitate my own Women Circle.

These gatherings, although an ancient tradition, are rising in popularity. A women’s circle is an inclusive, safe space for people to come together and share their experiences, reconnect with their feminine energy and talk about life’s challenges without judgement.

As Grief Awareness Week comes to a close I want to reflect on its purpose. The week aims to raise awareness of grief and loss and the support available to those experiencing it. As a Grief coach I offer a range of wellbeing support to those affected by bereavement, whether recently while or several years ago.

I offer Grief Yoga is to use movement, breath, and sound to release pain and suffering to connect to empowerment and love.
Grief Yoga combines many different forms of yoga in order to channel and release anger to allow unresolved grief a compassionate space to breathe and move. This gentle work creates a safe space of movement, transformation, and healing to connect to the resilient loving warrior within.

I also offer Grief Coaching in the open-air

To most beginners Co**se Pose (Savasana) looks extremely easy. What could be easier than lying on your back? But Savasana isn’t about just lying down, it’s real aim is to achieve total relaxation of both the body and the mind. After moving through the various other poses of a sequence to then find yourself having to be lie still and empty your mind can be very challenging.
