How does this make you feel? It makes me feel excited!! It makes me realise we have so much time if we crack on with our goals NOW! There really is no better time!
It may be cold and dark, raining (or even snowing where you are!) but it won’t be for long. Before you know it, spring 🌸 and summer ☀️ will be on the horizon.
What we eat, and what we do now, will determine how we FEEL when the weather changes.

Even just 1lb a week would have you 2 stone lighter!

Ok, so it's too early to talk about Christmas. I mean, we've still got 3 months to go after all. Still 12 weeks. Loads of time! We really don't need to talk about it!

Unless of course you've been planning to come and join a Slimming World group since January...or maybe it was after Easter that you thought you'd come along...or perhaps you told yourself you'd come as soon as the kids went back to school at the beginning of September?

And somehow, without you noticing, we've suddenly already gone though 9 months of the year and you still haven't got around to joining!

If that's the case then it's worth mentioning that now might be a good time to come along...because we do have 12 weeks until Christmas...3 months left of the year....which is plenty of time to be at your healthiest and happiest before Christmas and 2024 but it's probably best to get started ASAP!

If it's good enough for Santa....
