Wonderful evening at our fortnightly sauna & yin evening. Tonight was all about the throat chakra, we practiced bhramari pranayama in the sauna followed by deliciously long yin holds and a sea of OMs to close ✨ Next session 30th November, focusing on third eye 👁️ and crown 👑 chakras

Yoga & Breathwork for Peri/Menopause ✨ Sunday 9th November 4-6pm Join us for a fully-funded 2 hour workshop, bringing together women at the same stage of life to explore a variety of yoga and breathwork practices to support us as we navigate perimenopause and menopause symptoms and help us befriend and listen to our body as we go through transition and change. What an incredible day ✨ We had such a beautiful time at Scorrier House yesterday for The Nourished Soul retreat. I’m still floating and taking it all in, but my heart is so full of gratitude! Huge thanks to our amazing yogis, to Sian for the delicious food, Sarah for the blissful sound bath, and of course to Lucy for being the best retreat partner 😘 xx
