Verity Brightside is Cornwall’s only Health Kinesiologist and Bioenergetic Specialist she became fascinated with the benefits of muscle testing to access the subconscious after becoming a patient of John Payne from Long Rock in Penzance back in early 2006. Verity has been studying the psychological benefits of energy work for the last 15yrs+. Now taking these skills to a professional level Verity has trained via London’s Harley Street and now runs her own privet practice from the health and well-being centre Treliske, Truro.
