Hi my name is Heather Monger I am from Cornwall where I have lived all my life, apart from two and a half years and I am fundraising for a Bolder electric wheelchair that better suits my needs. This wheelchair will give me the ability to be as free as possible as it has many more functions than my current standard chair.

John has been saying this for years, static exercises are good for you!!

All exercise is good for blood pressure but research suggests strength training is most effective.

John's off on his well deserved hols next week! He's away from lunchtime on Thursday 11th May and will be ready to see you all again from Tuesday 23rd May. Tuscany here he comes 😎😁🍷

Monday 19th September will be observed as a UK Bank Holiday for the State Funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth Il. As a mark of respect the clinic has made the decision to close, we will reopen on Tuesday 20th September at 9am.
Our thoughts and condolences are with Her Majesty’s family during this difficult time.
