This is me removing my hair clip inbetween visits for a car journey. (When I remember) I do this for every car journey so that if I crash my clip doesn’t break into my head! Now would you consider this over anxious or sensible?

We all ask ourselves this question all of the time with actions we do daily. So if you’re asking this about something you do daily with your baby/child- know you are not alone 🥰 please ask for support if you feel you need/want to but you don’t have to explain anything if it feels right for you and you’re both thriving 🥰
