If you are considering returning to work whilst breastfeeding this video should help you understand your rights.

I will follow up with more information on the practicalities but if you need personalised advice please call the national breastfeeding helpline on 03001000212 or speak to a local IBCLC.

If you are an employer- please note there are many advantages to you to supporting mums to continue to breastfeed. These include: increased employee loyalty, reduced recruitment costs and reduced absenteeism (breastfed children are less likely to be unwell).
