Yoga in Hayle

Yoga in Hayle Hatha yoga classes for all ages and abilities. Group or private classes available in St Ives, Hayle Drop in welcome as are beginners £5 per session.

I shall be away in Mysore in India from the 7th September to 15th October studying at the Ashtanga Institute (KPJAYI) Next class Monday 15th October then as usual every Tuesday and Friday 9.30am Mondays 7pm.

Just to remind everyone, or incase you missed the messages, this evening's session is at the Passmore Edwards as the Pantomime is happening at the daycare centre.
That's just this week, Monday's class is at the daycare centre in the annexe. See you on the mat!

With a few 'bumps' our day care centre classes are now fully up and running! As before, the evening sessions are:
Mondays 5.30pm and Thursdays 5.15.and 6.30pm
Wednesdays 9.30am classes are still at the Passmore Edwards Institute, though we are looking for a new venue (any ideas?)
See you on the mat and maybe at the Mediterranean dome on Friday!

Hi yogis! Today, 2nd October is our first sesion at the Hayle Daycare centre (just next to the library). I hope you are able to make it. It's a the same time: 5.15pm chair and 6.30pm regular class. The parking is free and plenyiful so please come along. as before £8 drop in or £25 for a full calendar month.
Also don't forget to book the Silent Disco Yoga at the Eden Project on 17th October!

Imagine a lovely yoga flow class in the most beautiful environment filled with other people sharing the space and the energy and moving with inspiring music...

This is the Eden silent disco yoga event that happened last month and is to happen again in October. I hope you can book up and join us.

It's taking place in the mediterranean dome at the Eden project on 17th October, run by Ocean Flow Yoga in Newquay who also have a page.

Hello lovely yogi buddies!
I have Aussie family arriving on 23rd of June so I'm taking a week off to do fun family stuff. This means there will be no classes from:
23rd June to 27th June (i.e. one week)
Your month's membership should reflect this missing week, adding an extra one on in July. If you think I've missed this out from your card, please let me know so I can add it on.
I'll be delighted to see you back on the mat from 30th June.
My daughter Alys has promised to teach one class to show the new Active series!

Hayle classes at the Passmore Edwards (90 minutes)
Mondays at 5.30pm
Wednesdays at 9.30am
Thursdays at 6.30pm

And at the Leisure Centre St Ives (75 minutes)
Tuesdays at 9am
Wednesdays at 7pm
Fridays at 9am

We have a new programme!

Thanks to the cost-cutting genius of GLL who run St Ives leisure centre we have had to reduce our morning classes to two with one evening class.

Hayle classes are still one morning and two evenings but I've had to alter the morning from Tuesday to Wednesday. Here's the new timetable for Passmore Edwards in Hayle:

Mondays 5.30pm

Wednesdays 9.30am

Thursdays 5.15pm (chair) and 6.30pm

I'll include the St Ives leisure centre in case you need it:

Tuesdays 9am

Wednesdays 7pm

Fridays 9am

Please message me if you'd like more information.

I hope this doesn't make it too difficult for you to make the new times.

Happy new year everyone! Just a reminder about classes, which are as last year:

The hall rental went up last autumn so it's now
£8 drop in and £25 for all inclusive month's membership

A huge apology to everyone who tried to message me from FB ove the last many months. My ancient phone was refusing to give me messages so you all got an automated reply and nothing more. Thanks to my son I now have a new phone and am fully connected!

The festive season approaches...As in previous years I give you all a break from classes as everyone is so busy with preparations and visitors and possibly journeys to other places. So there will be a break 20th December to 31st, classes resuming as normal 3rd January 2022. Those who come to Passmore Edwards on Thursday evening, 6.30pm there will be no class on 2nd December. I will tell you all again when I see you. Have a great Yuletide!

Hello yogis all. Some of you have requested a second evening session. Last year we had a few weeks in the Hayle rugby club hall which I think we all liked. The Thursday evening is no longer available there now as the Bingo club is back. Instead, we have Mondays at 6 to 7.15pm, starting 19th July. This will be a slightly shorter session as there will possibly be another user after us. Our Monday classes at the Passmore Edwards Institute continue next week 12th and will happen on Thursdays, 6.30-8pm starting now. I hope this suits some if not most of you. I'd be grateful if you could pass the word around to the non FB people you know! Thanks and hope to see you soon, Gwyn
