Hello all,

I hope this post finds you all well and enjoying the lovely weather we have been having.

Unfortunately I will no longer be offering a weekly Baby Yoga class this term due to unforeseen circumstances. I know it is not easy committing to something on a weekly basis when you have a small baby, so I would like to propose instead a one-off Baby Yoga Workshop. I would look to run this workshop on a Friday or Saturday morning over the next month sometime. The workshop would give you the opportunity to learn some of the Baby Yoga Co-ordination sequences, yoga songs and games,so that you could do yoga confidently at home with your baby. The workshop would also focus on yoga postures and breathing techniques for mums to help deal with the demands of motherhood...this would be a brilliant opportunity to also meet other mums and babies and of course there will be cake and tea.

The cost for the one-off session, which would be a maximum of two hours would be £20 - please let me know if you are interested in this opportunity by Friday 17th June. Spaces will be limited.

Hello all,

I hope you are all well and are enjoying parenthood with your beautiful bambinos/bambinis.

I have had several requests to start up a Baby Yoga class this term and I was wondering how many of you might be interested to come along if I did. The class would have to be on a Thursday morning at 11am due to lack of availability of rooms at Passmore Edwards and would be about 45mins long starting with a 10 min stretch for mums/dads followed by 25-30 mins of yoga for babies and a 5-10 min relaxation for both parent and babies. I would run this class as a 5 week term starting the 15th June until the 13th July. The cost for the 5 weeks would be £35. This class would be suitable for babies who have had 6-8week check to 18months. I would need a minimum of 8 parents plus babies to run the 5 week course. Please let me know your thoughts.
