The Christmas period is a wonderful time, but for many, it can also be a period of high sensory overload and "social battery" drain.

If things feel a bit much today, try this simple grounding technique I share with my clients: The 7-3-11 Rule.

Inhale for 7 seconds.

Hold for 3 seconds.

Exhale for 11 seconds.
