Thank you so much to all who joined me on Thursday evening for our first restorative yoga and reiki experience together. We journeyed to discover the garden of our heart, explored the first two chakras and sank into some deeply relaxing poses while reiki energy was shared. You all looked so calm and relaxed afterwards.
