Yoga Therapy sessions are usually delivered as a personal 1-2-1 session. Yoga therapy classes have a specific therapeutic approach such as for pregnancy, post natal rejuvenation, chronic fatigue, stress and anxiety. The tools of yoga – such as breathing practices, poses for flexibility & strength, mindfulness, meditation, energetic practices – are used in a prescriptive and targeted way to address specific wellness and fitness issues. Every person requires an individual practice, so that you get exactly the yoga that you want and need. Yoga is a very effective way to work holistically as it understands you as an integrated whole of body, mind and spirit – how one affects the other and therefore how to bring about a return towards balance and uplifted wellbeing. It's simple, effective and educational so you can feel in control of your wellness path. After a practice you feel good, experience improved function and navigate through your day with greater steadiness & ease, whatever your challenges are. Yoga Therapy for…

Natural Fitness
Practising yoga gives you a greater sense of connection with yourself, nature and the world around you. This is a greatly enhanced experience if we can integrate with natural environments, food, ways of moving & living. We can all appreciate how uplifted we feel with a good dose of fresh air or putting our feet in the sand! We are innately part of this nature that is so easily lost in today's western lifestyle. There are however ways to integrate the natural into your life or your practice.
