🙏A Huge Thank You to Ground Zero Airsoft for choosing Regional Safety Group for a second year! It's a festival close to our hearts and it's been a blast.

🚑We are thrilled to have played a vital role in supporting the safety and well-being of everyone at this year's National Airsoft Festival. An accessible, registered clinician lead medical area within the primary festival zone allowed attendees to seek medical advice and treatment with ease, and our response team were distributed throughout the 150 acre woodland game zone and campsite to initiate first aid in the field where needed and extricate players back to the safe zones for further care.

🛡All the while our security team monitored the licensed bar, conducted pro-active patrols to ensure the safety of property in the campsite, completed wristband checks, managed/prevented anti-social behaviour, guided safe traffic movement and helped attendees navigate the festival.

RSG are looking for experienced SIA licensed door supervisors to join the team in Southampton! If you have a passion for ensuring safety and providing excellent service, this is the opportunity for you.

🚨 Position: SIA Security Guard
📍 Location: Southampton, England, UK (and surrounding areas)

🔒 Responsibilities:

- Manage the access/egress of night life customers
- Checking of identification and tickets on venue entry
- Patrol inside and outside the venue
- Observe customer behaviour and resolve conflict
- Ensure the welfare of customers
- Co-operate with the client, medical team and police licensing requirements

💼 Requirements:

- Valid SIA Door Supervisor license
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and observant mindset
- An affinity for punctuality and self respect

💰 Rates of Pay:
Competitive rates based on experience. £14-17/hr

📆 Schedule:
Various day/evening/night shifts within the night time economy. Other events/opportunities available.
