🩸🩹⛑️We delivered a level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work course yesterday with an added module specific to construction. 🚧🧱🔨👷👷‍♀️Great feedback all round and thanks for your help 👌

We also discussed how women sadly are far less likely to have CPR done on them, because of two things 🍒 our friends at are campaigning to change this! And we are fully supportive!

🎄Not everyone will be “merry” this Christmas. Some have no food on their table. Some have lost their loved ones. Some are just trying to be okay. Some are just trying to survive. A little kindness will go a long way. It costs nothing to be kind 🙏

Did you know 30 babies and toddlers go to hospital with a hot drink burn every day and hot drinks also cause 60% of all under 3 paediatric burn attendances to Accident & Emergency Department. 👶 ☕️
