Thank you for those who came along to my November 2026 wellness retreat. Today we were honoured by the presence of Tai Chi Master Terry, giving us an introduction to Tai Chi. You can say Tai Chi is a form of moving meditation and the movements help the chi flows, when the chi flows we are balanced. We invite Terry again for some more Tai Chi sessions in 2026, watch this space. I also hope you enjoyed my group reiki healing session as well. 🥰

Hey guys, check out my before and after pic!! I got up at the crack of dawn today to attend a cosmetic Gua Sha and cupping course in London and it was so much fun. Most people are familiar with cupping of the body but not of the face. Can you see that just after 30 mins of treatment my eye bags have much reduced? ESP the right side of my face. Of course consistency is key. I’m aiming to get to diploma level so I will need 10 people as case studies or 5 people for 2 sessions. It will be at much reduced price as you are helping me out. Let me know please 😀🙏

The beauty of ear reflexology and ear seeding is that you can have this done anytime anywhere, as long as you have a chair or a place to sit down. I carry my ear seeds everywhere as you never know who would need your help. Here I treated my friend’s shoulder issue and see the end result the feedback from her. I’m just so grateful that I have the skill to help other and not just prescribing medications. When the East meet the West the healing power is phenomenal.
