Introducing the latest addition to The Health Hub TEAM.

Hannah holds a Master’s in Sports Therapy from the University of Gloucestershire and a Bachelor’s in Sport and Exercise Sciences from Cardiff Met. Her academic background gives her a strong foundation in how the body moves, how injuries happen, and—most importantly—how to help people recover well.

She’s worked pitch-side with rugby teams and brings that hands-on experience to the treatment room, offering effective sports massage therapy and injury management. A keen sportswoman herself, Hannah plays netball, runs, and enjoys climbing, so she understands exactly how frustrating niggles and injuries can be—especially when they get in the way of doing what you love.

Whether you're a competitive athlete, a casual gym-goer, or simply trying to keep up with everyday life, Hannah is here to help you feel your best, move with confidence, and recover faster.
