Held in nature and crafted with care, The Rooted Autumn Gathering blends wild sauna, cold water therapy, aromatherapy, meditation, and transformational coaching to guide you gently back to yourself.

Led by Charlotte from Tapah Wellbeing - Coach, Wellbeing Practitioner and Founder of SAUNA YOKU - you'll move through an immersive 'Letting Go' workshop, weaving together mindfulness, breathwork, and reflective coaching to help you shed what no longer serves you and reconnect with your calm, grounded centre.

Alongside Charlotte, Joanne, a trained Aromatherapist and SAUNA YOKU team member, will lead a nature bathing and aromatherapy meditation in the sauna, exploring seasonal oils that support the body and mind during autumn. A guided evening with our very own Rachel Turner.

Join us for a special evening of deep restoration and inner stillness at Sauna YOKU. This immersive experience is designed to soothe your nervous system and nourish both body and mind.

We'll begin with a calming guided meditation, flowing into an immersive sound bath, followed by a silent integration period - a chance to let the experience settle within.

Tinkerbelldust is a new British DJ, having initially learnt the ropes in Ibiza in summer 2023, she brings a blend of uplifting DNB, deep house tones and electronic melodies that take souls on a journey of magic, emotion and joy. She aims to inspire others to connect to themselves, the hearts of those around them and the energy of oneness through music.

Hollie Halo is a DJ with a passion for bringing people together through music. Blending genres from healing house and Afro house to deep and tech house, she creates immersive soundscapes that resonate on a soul-deep level. Known for her intuitive sets and infectious energy, Hollie crafts atmospheres where connection, rhythm, and emotion take center stage.

SAUNA FOR GAZA ‼️ Sunday 3rd August

We’re joining forces with sauna spaces across the UK in support of Sauna for Gaza - a collective day of warmth, care and community, raising funds for Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP).

On Sunday 3rd August, we’ll be offering special sessions at Sauna Yoku, with 100% of proceeds donated to MAP, who are working on the ground to provide urgent medical support in Gaza.
