SAUNA FOR GAZA ‼️ Sunday 3rd August

We’re joining forces with sauna spaces across the UK in support of Sauna for Gaza - a collective day of warmth, care and community, raising funds for Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP).

On Sunday 3rd August, we’ll be offering special sessions at Sauna Yoku, with 100% of proceeds donated to MAP, who are working on the ground to provide urgent medical support in Gaza.

This initiative has been beautifully brought together by likeminded sauna folk, including:yo.yard — and more.

We stand in solidarity with all those affected.

Elemental Rest - Sauna & Sound Bath with Isis Du Jour

Join us for a deeply nourishing evening of sauna, wild swimming and rest - guided by the wonderful Isis.

We’ll begin with the soothing heat of the wood-fired sauna, followed by an invigorating dip in wild water to reset your system and awaken your senses.

Then, it's time to slow all the way down. Wrapped in blankets and surrounded by nature, Isis will guide you through a dreamy Yoga Nidra session - a kind of ‘yogic sleep’ - paired with the healing vibrations of Tibetan Singing Bowls.
