Reiki 1 Training – A Day of Self-Healing and Connection

Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy healing practice that supports the mind, body and spirit. Reiki 1 training is the perfect first step if you are ready to:

✨ Learn a lifelong tool for self-healing and stress relief
✨ Support your own wellbeing and restore balance whenever you need it
✨ Share Reiki with loved ones, children, pets, plants and even your home environment

This one-day in-person training will give you everything you need to confidently use Reiki for yourself and others in a non-professional capacity. With only 4 spaces available, the training is an intimate and supportive experience where everyone receives individual guidance.

The History of Reiki – where it began and how it has been passed down

Reiki Attunements – opening you to channel Reiki energy for life

The Principles of Reiki and its Benefits – simple wisdom for daily living

Introduction to the Chakras and the Energetic Field – a foundation for energy awareness

Reiki Self Treatment – how to give yourself Reiki for balance and healing

You will also learn how to give Reiki to others with confidence in a safe, nurturing setting.
