The home offers residents comfortable living as well as a fulfilling lifestyle through its own café, hair and beauty salon, cinema and beautiful gardens. Do you know of someone elderly, vulnerable or going to be alone at Christmas?
Haywards Heath Town Council has Leave No One Behind at Christmas Boxes to be allocated. The Council is committed to helping the elderly and vulnerable, who may be facing the festive season alone. The aim of the campaign is to reach out to the elderly and vulnerable to provide them with information on organisations that can help them over Christmas and with rising costs, as well as allowing those who would be celebrating Christmas alone to receive a gift. The boxes can be given to people living in Haywards Heath or surrounding Villages. Referrals can be made via this link- https://buff.ly/vTQLbUr

We spent the morning at the council offices helping to pack and wrap Christmas gift boxes we’ve sponsored for people in the community who might not otherwise receive a present this year. It was all paper, tape, and plenty of chatter! The good kind that makes the work fly by.

A huge thank you to Haywards Heath Town Council for organising something so thoughtful for local residents. It’s a small reminder of how much a simple gesture can brighten someone’s Christmas. 🎁✨

Yesterday we had the wonderful Julie join us for her monthly singing session — and this time, the theme was musicals! 💃🕺

From The Sound of Music to Mamma Mia, our residents sang their hearts out, smiled, and even had a little dance or two! It was such a joy to see everyone joining in, reminiscing, and sharing their favourite songs. 🎶💛

A huge thank you to Julie for always bringing so much energy, laughter, and music into our home — we can’t wait to see what next month’s theme will be! 🌟

We’d like to say a huge thank you to Wakehurst Place for inviting us once again to their wonderful Dementia Friendly Walk. Our residents had such a lovely time strolling through the beautiful gardens, taking in the autumn colours, and sharing smiles along the way.

To top it off, everyone enjoyed a cosy hot drink in the Stables Restaurant, which was the perfect way to end a peaceful morning together

🌸 We’re Blooming with Pride! 🌸

We’re thrilled to share that our beautiful garden has won 2nd place for “Best Kept Communal Gardens” in Haywards Heath! 🏆

The award was presented by the Mayor, and we couldn’t be prouder of our wonderful residents, staff, and volunteers who put so much love and care into keeping our outdoor spaces vibrant, welcoming, and full of life.

Our garden isn’t just a place for flowers — it’s a space for friendship, laughter, and peaceful moments in the sunshine.

This recognition is a lovely reminder of what can grow when a community works (and gardens!) together!
