We are delighted to welcome back Jaki after an extended maternity leave having her two beautiful babies Layton and Lyra. Jaki is now ready to be back supporting our very busy holistic team and will also be bringing some new services to our treatment list. Jaki has been part of the urban sanctuary family for over 11 years. She joined us from the spa background as a beauty therapist. As her career progressed her passion for holistic therapies shone through and she decided to specialise in this sector specialising in Reflexology, pregnancy treatments, Indian Head Massage and Aromatherapy massage. With her passion lying in health and well-being, she has continued to enhance her training further adding advanced training in Maternity Reflexology and Reflexology for Perimenopause and Menopause which has benefitted many clients in this phase of life.

As we come to the end of 2024 I want to take the chance to wish all our incredible clients a very Happy New Year and I hope 2025 is a year full of happiness for you all.
This year has been another fantastic year, we welcomed new team members who brought a wealth of skill and experience and we continued to keep training and development at the heart of the salon. Each and every team member has grown their knowledge and learnt new treatments and techniques some of which will be launching very soon so keep your eyes peeled.

2024 was also a challenging year for some of our team members and it’s times like this that you reflect back and I’m proud to have such an inspiring team around me every single day. The support they show each other through tough times, along with the passion, dedication and friendship they give me is what continues to make the salon so special.

And as for all our clients, where do I start. Without all your support, loyalty, friendship and endless encouragement this wouldn’t be possible. We end this year as our best year to date and I am so grateful. I’ve said it before and I will say it again our clients really are the best.
