95.2% of patients rated their experience as Very Good/Good.

July saw small but steady increases in several areas of our work:

-Appointments rose by 2%, with a slight increase in face-to-face consultations
- Online requests rose by 10.5%, suggesting more patients are using digital routes to reach us

However, missed appointments also rose – 74 in July compared to 71 in June.
These missed slots affect availability for others, so please cancel if you’re unable to attend. You can do this using the link in your text reminder, our website or by calling the practice.

We continue to monitor activity closely to ensure we’re meeting demand as effectively as possible.

We are providing both Covid-19 and Flu vaccination appointments at our practice from 1st October. Eligible patients will receive their invitations via text message in August. We encourage patients to check their eligibility via www.nhs.uk/vaccinations/
