Holistic Harmony Haven Therapies – CIC, we were born from a shared need, to support each other in navigating Life in the UK, spiritually, emotionally, and culturally & mentally.

From that vision, a whole community has grown.
-Family gatherings.
-Women’s circles.
- Faith and wellbeing sessions.
And just this past Friday, our first Men’s Circle BBQ & Mental Health Gathering.

This wasn’t just about food and fire, it was about breaking silence, sharing stories, and building brotherhood in a safe, welcoming space. We spoke on faith, identity, transition, mental health, and what it means to be men navigating change,together.

And we’re just getting started.
-Youth circles begin this July.
-More spaces for healing and connection are on the way.

HHHT-CIC is for all of us ,wherever we’re from, wherever we’re going. Let’s keep building forward,with heart, with faith, with one another.
