It finally feels like spring is on the way.

Which usually means the same things start happening again…

Is your body due its January MOT?

January is when many of us return to exercise and start new routines. With these new demands, it’s also the time when the body can start to complain.

Last week in clinic we saw several people who weren’t in pain as such; they just felt that things weren’t quite right: a bit stiff, a bit tight, not moving as freely as they should.

Up in the Dolphin gym, we also spoke to some new members who were full of motivation but already noticing certain areas of their body struggling to keep up with the new demands.

This is exactly where a Body MOT can be really useful. It’s a proper check-in and treatment to identify small issues early and prevent them becoming bigger problems later in the year.
