Russettings Care Home Russettings is a Care Home offering Dementia, nursing and palliative care in the heart of Balcombe.

All of our staff are highly experienced and provide person centred care. We are a care home with nursing and dementia care registered for 45 residents with 43 bedrooms. The new owners took over the home in March 2014 and have invested heavily in the recruitment of quality staff and improving the facilities and general decor of the home. With an ethos of continual improvement the main focus at Russettings for all the staff and owners is to become a hub within the community of Balcombe and surrounding areas providing exceptional resdential nursing and dementia care.

Russettings is looking for a gardener for our extensive grounds on a part time basis starting at two days per week. We need someone with experience and who can work on their own initiative. We are proud of our home and it will be your responsibility to make sure that outside areas are clear of leaves and weeds together with other gardening jobs. All tools and machinery is provided. Please pop round and introduce yourself and ask any questions about the role.
