Mr Tetsuro Shimaguchi, the Samurai Artist KAMUI who directed the choreography in KILL BILL

A huge thank you to Shimaguchi-sensei and HYPER JAPAN for providing the Samurai sword course!

The 3 part course were for any level from beginner to advanced training.

I’m a complete beginner. Not only I had chance to learn practising a sword, it provided me with the confidence for carrying practising this art form as a fitness routine.

Create the best hybrid working culture + our bespoke teambuilding wellbeing Programmes.
We live in curious and challenging times. With the latest headline from BBC that "No full-time return to the office for over a million" and "Almost all of 50 of UK's biggest employers questioned by BBC have said they do not plan to bring staff back to the office full-time", highlighting the importance of creating a healthy and productive hybrid working culture in a successful organisation.
As a specialised tour operator to Korea, Japan and China, we've been running teambuilding cultural programmes online in the last 6months www.onlineexplorer.co.uk They can really help people to refresh, explore and make connections!

Yesterday, all members in the Zazen online session felt a strong connection through practising together. As a small group, everyone had the opportunity to talk about their feelings and recent experiences.
Yoshiki-san’s slight stressful experience of having his car unexpected locked in a car park earlier on the day, made us realised that we all experience moments like this, and there is no escape even for a Buddhist Monk. Zen meditation helps, a lot!
Thank you for joining. Hope to see you again soon!☺️

In yesterday’s online Zen session, we shared photos and admired how beautiful the cherry blossoms were, but we have noticed the flower season has become shorter and shorter in recent years.
How can we do our part tackling global warming and keep the cherry blossoms longer? Any ideas please share.
Our next Zen meditation is on the 13th April. To book, visit https://www.onlineexplorer.co.uk/zen-meditation

This year is known as Niu in Chinese and So-tti in Korean. The Ox represents a hardworking, patient but also fierce nature. The year of the ox is peace and leisure. A kind of year that we are all hoping for!
