✨Making memories, mojitos in hand, and enjoying every second with my family 💕

One of the best things about being on plan with The 1:1 Diet is that when you reach maintenance, you can really live your life. That means holidays filled with sunshine, laughter, delicious food (yes, plenty of mojitos too 🍹), and ZERO guilt 🙌

It’s not about perfection, it’s about balance. I’ve had my fun in the sun 🌞, stayed hydrated 💦, and now this week I’m back to basics with lots of water and mindful eating before we’re off camping next week 🏕️ (wish me luck 🤣).

This plan isn’t just about weight loss – it’s about learning how to enjoy life, food, and holidays without undoing all your hard work.

Transformation Tuesday with Catherine 💖

After having three children in quick succession, Catherine’s weight slowly crept on. Each pregnancy added a little more, and by 2021, she was at her heaviest. On New Year’s Day 2022, she made the decision, no more excuses. It was time.

Starting on Step 1b, she lost four stone in six months. She maintained, then picked things up again, and found her love for horse riding in September. Fitness improved. Confidence returned. She started to feel like herself again.

Now, with five stone gone, she’s feeling stronger than ever.
At 40, she feels better than she did throughout her entire 30s.
