As we transition to Autumn taking time to slow down and embrace the season of Yin. The element is Metal, the class now turns to the lungs and large intestine chi flow to support us in letting go, through nourishing pranayama, mindfulness/awareness to not just improve our mobility but to balance the ☯️ yin and yang within.
