It was truly inspiring to hear about the incredible research our PhD’s Felicity Lucas MSc SENR Francesca Tabacchi in the School of Sport, Nutrition, and Allied Health Professionals have been working on. Their dedication and passion are so impressive. 🏅

A special shout-out to our (famous) colleague, Dr Shelly Coe, RNutr, FHEA, for her keynote speech. Hearing her share her journey—the highs, the lows, and the perseverance it took to get to where she is today—was nothing short of inspiring.
