Not because it’s “perfect.”
But because it works with their life and their body.
Because it came from learning what their bloods tests were actually saying.
Because it supports their microbiome and their mood.
Because it brings more colour, fibre and protein into their day without having to calculate anything
Because we’ve moved past the idea that a fertility or healthy diet has to feel like a punishment.
