I never expect you to lay down and get straight into it with energy work. That’s hard!

For a lot of people the start of a session involves speaking/offloading. I then offer a scalp/hand or foot massage to relax you and bring you into your body before we get to clearing, restoring and protecting your energy.

At the end I’ll listen to what came up for you, I can let you know what I read in your energy field and any messages that come through.

I’ll give you a few tips for the next few days as your body recalibrates to a new normal. To keep your energy safe and sovereign.
