As I end my franchise with Slimming world, I want to say a final thank you to everyone that supported me along the way to become a super successful GOLD group. The Heanor Saturday morning group will continue of course, with the fabulous Jackie Hemstock at the helm....you couldn't be in better hands and I'm sure this group will remain at the top for success, kindness, understanding and support. I will be deleting this account in a few days as part of data protection and rules. So, it's a fond farewell to you all, much love as always, Trace ###

💥💥💥5 years ago I got to TARGET!💥💥💥 Losing 8st 4lb in 16 months - I decided I'd commit to a year to SORT MY LIFE OUT! Well, life has certainly changed for me. I took responsibility for my own happiness. I'm flying personally, professionally and academically! Who knew I was capable - not me! One decision can lead to many new experiences and destinations indeed!
It was probably one of the hardest things to walk through the Slimming World door BUT the best thing I ever did. If you struggle with being overweight, love food and want help, support and understanding from like minded people, who absolutely care, come and join my GOLD GROUP!!! Together we are stronger 💛

A theatre trip that no longer has me worried about fitting in the seat and a full length photo I didn't dread being taken..... losing weight is about the little things (that are actually the big things!), how I can now just 'be' in the moment with my nearest and dearest xx My weight used to stop me from taking part in living.
