I use a combination of techniques to work into the soft tissue and help release feelings of tension and discomfort.

I also work to help your nervous system to relax. Dimmed lights, relaxing music and I offer to begin with some guided breathing and a little meditation to help you settle into the treatment and allow your body to feel safe to relax 🩷🌟
