I did some cupping therapy on my arm to help improve blood flow and potentially reduce pain and inflammation that I have due to having lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow) repetitive strain due to working full time. 🕰️ The suction can help relax tight muscles in the forearm, which can be beneficial for relieving pain and improving range of motion. 😊
