I’m so excited to finally share the launch of The Soul Sisterhood Monthly Circle 🌙🌸

A nurturing space for women to gather, connect, share and receive healing together.

I’ll be hosting these beautiful circles alongside the most wonderful soul Laura from Aura of Abundance 💕 and we cannot wait to welcome you.

Our first circle will take place Sunday 19th April, 2–4pm at The Luna Shala.

Spaces will be limited to keep the circle intimate.

Yesterday was my operation to remove my parathyroid gland.

It turns out it was 300% bigger than it should have been, and during surgery my PTH levels dropped by 80%. My surgeon said the words I’ve been waiting so long to hear… “You’re cured.”

Honestly it already feels like a dark cloud has lifted. The anxiety, depression and brain fog I’ve been living with for so long feel gone, and the bone pain in my hands, arms, legs and feet has eased already.

Now the healing journey begins while my body rebuilds and remineralises my bones. I still have work to do reversing the osteopenia, but today feels like the first day of getting my life back 🌈💕🌼

A New Chapter 🌹

Many of you will know that the past 18 months have been a challenging time for me health-wise. This Thursday I will be having surgery to remove my parathyroid tumours, and March will be a month of healing and recovery after what has felt like a long, deep winter.

But as the seasons begin to turn, I can feel something shifting within me too.

Spring is coming… and with it a sense of rebirth and renewal. After this time of rest and reflection, I feel ready to begin again — gently, intentionally, and with a deeper connection to the work that truly lights up my soul.

Over the coming weeks I will be rebranding Grounded Goddess into Cheryl Rose 🌹

This feels like a return to my roots — focusing on healing, connection and the magic that happens when women come together in circle. A softer, more feminine way of working that honours both the seasons of life and the seasons of the soul.

Right now my focus is on healing, resting and preparing for this next chapter… but when I return I will be stepping forward with renewed energy and an open heart.

Spring is coming.
Rebirth is coming.
And slowly… I am blooming again 🌹

Beautiful souls, I want to share something from my heart ✨

After really listening to my body, energy and receiving many downloads under this recent New Moon - I’ve made the decision to fully close down Grounded Goddess as a business. This hasn’t been an easy choice, but right now I feel called to step back, rest, and focus on my healing journey. 🌙

I will still be creating books, offering card readings, and teaching Reiki when I am able, but this page will no longer be active. Instead, I’ll be sharing more of my healing and spiritual journey over on my personal profile and on TikTok - so if you’d like to stay connected with me, I’d love for you to join me there. 💫
