Grounded Goddess began really in 2014 when I began my self healing journey, after suffering abuse and trauma throughout my teens and 20’s. I was depressed, endured eating disorders, OCD, horrific pain and PMS during my menstrual cycle and my self worth and self love was non-existent.

I decided I needed to take control!

I decided to heal myself! I believe you can take control too!

I truly believe every woman has the power within them to heal and be happy, it is now my mission to help my sisters along in their journeys. To help you heal your past trauma and pain. To help you to learn to love yourself again. To help you learn to love your natural state of being and flow with your own cycle.
