Hi, I’m Kate. I'm an experienced Master reflexologist. I absolutely love reflexology and helping people on their wellbeing journey.
Reflexology can be enjoyed by everyone.

Whether you are looking for symptom support, improving your wellbeing or just for relaxation reflexology could help.
As a Master Reflexologist I treat the whole person to help rebalance your mind and body.

I completed my training with Jubilee college in Nottingham. Completing the Mastership Level 5 Reflexology Practitioners Diploma and Level 4 Anatomy and Physiology. I am also a Gentle Touch Reflexology practitioner and instructor for babies and children.
I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists, fully insured and hold a current DBS certificate.

Reiki has been such a game-changer for calming my nervous system and supporting emotional healing, and I love offering that same peace to others.

Here’s what a session with me looks like…

For 60 minutes you can relax in a calm and private Treatment room with me, enjoying relaxing essential oils drifting around in the air to help you relax and incense burning gentle to cleanse the air for your peace and calmness.

You’ll lie down comfortably with soft pillows, cosy blankets, and calming music playing in the background. I’ll gently place my hands just above or lightly on your body, allowing the Reiki energy to flow where it’s needed most - bringing deep relaxation, emotional release and a sense of balance 🥱

Many people say they feel lighter, calmer and more grounded afterwards — some even drift off to sleep. It’s a truly gentle, nurturing experience for body and mind 💕🤗

Ooh we love a bit of de-stressing treatments, who's needing the same?

I've had a fab day today, attending a local charity event to raise money for Maggie's charity.

You all know I'm well into my Tropic skincare but did you know I also practice Reiki and also a new healing practice called Access Bars?

I trained for it back in April and today was my first time for offering it at a public event. Well I am pleased to say there was a queue to have a taster session with me and I blooming loved hearing each person's feedback after their 20min session.

If you don't know what Access Bars is it is basically where I gently press on 32 different points on your head which then help to release anxious thoughts, worries, tiredness, a busy mind, it also helps physical ailments, aches and pains and much more. It's great for anyone, children, adults, any age and is so good for helping to cope with today's busy lifestyles. It's also good for neurodivergent individuals, autism and ADHD as it's very calming.

Everyone is different so each person will have their own experience, depending on their needs at that time. I regularly receive comments afterwards that the recipient feels really relaxed, chilled and their mind feels calmer. Another bonus is a really great night's sleep afterwards.

I find it really fascinating and after Access Bars and Reiki treatments had helped me over the last few years, I wanted to explore it more and be able to help others.
