I had the most lovely reflexology treatment with Louise. Her treatment room is absolutely beautiful and so calming, with a gorgeous view out onto the garden which makes the whole experience feel really peaceful.
Louise makes you feel so welcome and relaxed from the moment you arrive. The reflexology itself made me feel so much better afterwards, and I was amazed that she even picked up on issues I’ve been having with my shoulder.

It was such a positive experience that I’ve decided to start booking in for monthly sessions. I would highly recommend Louise to anyone looking for a relaxing and professional reflexology treatment.

🩶🤎 Good morning my lovely friends. I hope you are all well. I'm having a minute with a cuppa, waiting for my next client to arrive, thinking about Mother's Day.

It'll be the first one this year without my lovely mum. I know it will be hard, but I will do my best to celebrate with my beautiful kids, remembering when their Nanna was here to join in and have a roast with us. Memories mean everything.

My Mum loved a Reflexology treatment. She used to relax on my chair, every now and again remembering something she needed to tell me, or ask me. Then drift off again and relax. If only I could do just one more treatment for her.

💛Hello my lovely friends. I hope you are all well and have managed to feel some of the spring sunshine on your faces! I have certainly made the most of my day today and got out into nature.

After a run first thing through Shipley Park, I came back to my treatment room to give a lovely client her well deserved treatment. After lunch, I walked Lily and my friend's dog up to Heanor Park and gave them a few laps round. The crocuses are out and the daffodils are just about to bloom. It was so good to see those little signs to say maybe, just maybe, we are heading towards some milder and drier, longer days.

I feel calmer, more relaxed and ready for my clients arriving later for their evening appointments.

It's amazing how getting out into nature can help you to reset and relax your sole.

🤎💛Good morning my lovely friends. This morning I am looking after my one year old nephew....such a treat for me! He's having a little nap at the moment, so wanted to let you know of my exciting business news....

Today I have started a new course to add to my list of Reflexology qualifications. I will be studying Reflexology for Menopause with the amazing Sally Earlam, who works with The Association of Reflexologists.

As you may know from following my page, I am going through the menopause and have a number of lovely clients who are going through the same. Reflexology can be amazing to help your body deal with the symptoms that come along during this time of our lives and also encourages our hormones to rebalance through peri menopause.

I have a wide knowledge of Reflexology during menopause already. However, upgrading my business by gaining even more information on the subject will give me so much more to offer!

If you are currently peri menopausal, menopausal or post menopausal and you would like some more information on how Reflexology could help to support you, I'd love to hear from you.
