Mondays at Wilmot Street Centre
• 6–7pm — Beginner Yoga
A gentle, supportive class perfect for those new to movement - focusing on breath, alignment, flexibility and confidence.
• 7.15–8.15pm — Yogalates
Tone, strengthen and stretch with this fun, energising fusion class.
Thursdays at The Eclipse, Loscoe
• 6–7pm — Yogalates
Tone, strengthen and stretch with this fun, energising fusion class.
• 7.15–8.15pm — Dynamic Flow
Move a little faster, build strength and heat in your body, all while linking breath with fluid movement.
Pricing - pay on arrival
• £8 per class
• Bundles: £30 for 4 classes (use within 2 months)
• £58 for 8 classes (use within 3 months)
